    VOCs waste gas treatment—Zeolite wheel concentrating equipment
    Equipment description:

    Concept of VOCs concentration unit:VOCs (volatile organic compounds),It is the main factor causing the planktonic particles and photochemical reactions.Large air volume and low concentration waste gas combustion and recovery treatment, not only need very large equipment, but also produce high operating costs. By using VOCs concentration device in the front-end treatment equipment, the waste gas with low concentration and large air volume can be concentrated into high concentration and small air volume, so as to greatly reduce the overall equipment cost and operation cost, and realize high-efficiency VOCs treatment.

    Working principle:

    The zeolite wheel concentrating equipment is a kind of environmental protection equipment which uses the Zeolite adsorbate to adsorb the organic gas. The process of adsorption-concentration-desorption is used to condense organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume into concentrated gas with high concentration and small air volume.

    After being concentrated by a hydrophobic zeolite wheel, VOCs waste gas can be effectively adsorbed in zeolite to achieve the purpose of purifying waste gas.The waste gas adsorbed by zeolite will remove the volatile organic compounds in the waste gas. After purification, the waste gas will be discharged directly into the atmosphere through the chimney. The wheel will continue to rotate at a speed of 1-6 revolutions per hour, and at the same time, the absorbed volatile organic compounds will be transferred to the desorption zone.In the desorption zone, a small amount of heating gas is used to desorph volatile organic compounds. A wheel adsorbing organic compounds desorbs in the desorption zone. The organic compounds adsorbed on the wheel are separated and desorbed, and the zeolite wheel after desorption rotates again through the cooling zone to the desorption zone to continuously absorb volatile organic gases.The organic waste gas produced during desorption is sent to an incinerator for combustion and is converted into carbon dioxide and water vapor released into the atmosphere.

    The zeolite wheel enrichment plant adopts three continuous processes of adsorption, desorption and concentration incineration.

    The main body of the zeolite wheel is a rotating wheel filled with adsorbents, which is divided into three zones, namely adsorption zone, regeneration zone and cooling zone. The organic waste gas is introduced into the adsorption zone through a blower, in which the organic pollutants are adsorbed and the gas is purified and discharged. Then, the adsorbent rotates to the rezone, in contact with high-temperature air process, VOCS were off and with the regenerating air flow, at the same time the adsorbent to be regenerated. The regenerated adsorbent was cooled through the cooling zone, and then rotated to the adsorption zone for adsorption. With the rotation of the rotary wheel, the adsorbents are periodically adsorbed, desorbed and cooled to achieve the purification of organic waste gas.

    First step: ADSORPTION CONCENTRATION: the flue gas is absorbed by the Zeolite in the runner, and the clean exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the System Exhaust Frequency Conversion Fan; The wheel continues to spin at a speed of 1 to 6 revolutions per hour. Second step: Desorption: The VOCs in the runner are concentrated into the saturated zeolite zone, and the heat flow provided by the heat exchanger (about 200 °c) is used for desorption. After desorption, the VOCs are rotated to the cooling zone, air is bragged to cool to normal temperature and then rotated to adsorption concentration zone.

    Second step: Desorption: The VOCs in the runner are concentrated into the saturated zeolite zone, and the heat flow provided by the heat exchanger (about 200 °c) is used for desorption. After desorption, the VOCs are rotated to the cooling zone, air is bragged to cool to normal temperature and then rotated to adsorption concentration zone.

    Process description:

    VOCs zeolite wheel is the most efficient and concentrated mainstream technology of organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume.
